Meets Sundays 6:00-8:00 pm

DivorceCare is a special weekly support group and seminar conducted by people who understand what you are experiencing. Most importantly, you'll learn how to deal with the pain of the past and look forward to rebuilding your life. The class is a combination of videos from counseling experts and a support group. The videos feature advice from experts such as H. Norman Wright, Kay Arthur, Larry Burkett, Dr. Tony Evans, and more!

Facing My Depression
Facing My Loneliness
What Does the Owner's Manual Say?
New Relationships

KidCare
Single Sexuality

Each session is "self-contained" so you can begin attending the group on any week. DivorceCare is non-denominational and features biblical teaching for recovering from divorce and separation. There are 15 sessions and childcare is provided. Registration is $25.00 which includes all materials. Scholarships are available. The current session series will conclude on April 24th and the next session begins May 16.

Classes are currently meeting at Briarwood Baptist.

There will be NO sessions on the following dates:

Sunday April 4 (Easter).

Sunday May 2 (Church Homecoming).

Sunday May 9 (Mother's Day).

Sunday June 20 (Father's Day).

Sunday July 4 (Independence Day).

Summer 2010 sessions will begin May 16 and end on August 22 . Fall 2010 sessions will begin September 12, 2010. Please check back for schedules and locations.

This event is a combination of video and discussion. The video is presented by Dr. Tony Evans who discusses how single adults can find fulfillment. Discussion will follow led by Wendy Fletcher-Clements and Scott Smith.
