J.O.Y. (Just Older Youth) Club

The Joy club offers fellowships and outings for Senior Adults.

Senior Adults at Briarwood are some of the most active members of our church. The Joy Club hosts luncheons, trips, and a Sunday evening Bible Study. Members also volunteer in many areas of our church.

Monthly Luncheons

We meet for a covered dish luncheon each 2nd Monday. Join us for a time of fellowship and event planning.

The Apple Pickin’ Trip! It's really more about “pickin” a place to eat than picking apples. The truth is we have never picked an apple, but we have eaten fried apple pies all over Northeast Georgia. Sometimes we hit a couple of different places in a day before we find the right mix.

Any Where with Myla! You must participate to fully understand this type of trip, but every trip has a unique member who makes the day extra special. You know the person! Today we pick on Myla because everyone knows her around here and everyone has a favorite story about a trip with her.

The Log Cabin Our pastor's father built a log cabin and twice a year he invites our group to visit and fish for the day.

Celebrators Celebrators conferences are great trips to exciting places where the program is geared to the “older joy.” We have enjoyed trips to Myrtle Beach, Pigeon Forge, and Memphis.
