Briarwood Men

The Briarwood Men ministry or "The Brotherhood" is a great bunch of guys who love the Lord Jesus Christ and desire to serve the church and the community. Their monthly get togethers are great times of inspiration and biscuits.

Opportunities include:

Men's Prayer Breakfast - meets Thursday mornings at 7:00 am at Cracker Barrel. Open to all men in the community. Join us!

Mission trips – after Hurricane Katrina our men took two mission trips to help a church Lemoyne Boulevard Baptist, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. We have also done projects for Penfield Christian Home.

Retreats – the men’s retreats are just short of legendary. Each year men are entertained, inspired and enriched by great speakers and fellowship.

S.M.A.R.T.S. – SMART teams are a wonderful point of ministry. Men and families all join together to provide needed assistance to local families with needs.

Wild Game Supper – The WGS is also known as the “Wild Man Supper” because in the promotion, preparation, and performance you just never know what is going to happen. This is a great way to make friends and make a great outreach into the community. Several churches in the county come together for this event.
