Briarwood Men

The Briarwood Men ministry or "The Brotherhood" is a great bunch of guys who love the Lord Jesus Christ and desire to serve the church and the community. Their monthly get togethers are great times of inspiration and biscuits.

Opportunities include:

Mission trips – after Hurricane Katrina our men took two mission trips to help a church Lemoyne Boulevard Baptist, in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. This year we are working with Penfield Christian Home projects.

Retreats – the men’s retreats are just short of legendary. Each year men are entertained, inspired and enriched by great speakers and fellowship.

S.M.A.R.T.S. – SMART teams are a wonderful point of ministry. Men and families all join together to provide needed assistance to local families with needs.

Wild Game Supper – The WGS is also known as the “Wild Man Supper” because in the promotion, preparation, and performance you just never know what is going to happen. This is a great way to make friends and make a great outreach into the community. Click here for a flyer for this year's dinner.

was the guest speaker, singer, eater, and generally funny guy!
