Student Events

Briarwood's student ministry requires a notarized permission form and medical release form to be on file before a student can attend events with us off-site. One form is good for a year's worth of activities. Medical Release Forms may be attained in the church office, youth room, or you may print one out by clicking here.  Please note that the Medical Release Form was updated in May 2009 so if you haven't updated this with the church recently, you will want to do so.

CAMPING & RAFTING TRIP!

September 11-12

Ocoee River

(Middle School and High School students ages 12 and older)

We'll be traveling to Tennessee to take on some Class 3 & 4 rapids along with camping and cooking out. We'll leave Saturday morning and return Sunday afternoon.

Cost: $64 per student plus 2 meals. Deposit of $30 due by Sept.1 with balance due at "go time"! Includes food on sight, transportation, camping, rafting, and an amazing good time!

Bring: sleeping bag, snacks, old tennis shoes, towel, sunscreen, and dry clothes for the ride home.

Departure: Sat. Sept. 11 at 9 am          Return: Sun. by 8 pm
