coming up at Briarwood

  • 2020 Missions offering

This year we are having one big missions offering that will go to support Mission Georgia, the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering, and the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.

Throughout the next month we will be having guest speakers from each of these organizations so that you can learn more about what they do and what the money goes towards.

You can give online or in person. Please just make sure that you designate your giving to "2020 Missions Offering." Click on the image to give online.

  • Children's Volunteer APPRECIATION

We are celebrating all volunteers in the Children's Ministry from 2019-2020 by giving them donuts on Sunday Morning. Come on by and enjoy your donut that will be served in a COVID-19 safe environment.

All we ask you to bring is a lawn chair and plenty of energy!

  • Pumpkin Paloosa

    October 31st | 3:30PM - 5:00PM | Briarwood

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated candy and pumpkins for Pumpkin Palooza! Due to the generosity of so many, we have an abundance of candy for this event, however we are still in need of pumpkins!

If you would like to donate, but are unable to go to the grocery store, feel free to make a donation to the church by giving online or by writing a check to the church and writing "pumpkins" in the memo line. A staff member will go to the store and purchase them for you.

  • Bless the blue

    Novemeber 23-24, 2020

As a way to encourage our law enforcement we are encouraging Briarwood families to pick at least one law enforcement officer to pray for and encourage by writing them a note and giving them a gift card of a minimum of $5 to Chick-fil-a, Dunkin', Starbucks, or another similar restaurant. We have blank Briarwood cards available that we will provide for you once we know that you are participating.

You will find a list of all the Law Enforcement Employees in Oconee County by clicking on the image. We ask that you type your name beside an officer that has not yet been selected. More details will be coming soon!
